Carlos Ayala – Club President & College Placement Director

Coach Ayala has been coaching youth soccer for the past 11 years, working with players from recreational programs to competitive travel teams.

Jesse Skelton – Vice President & Administrator

Coach Skelton has 10 years of youth coaching experience, ranging from recreational soccer to competitive travel programs.

Pablo Rodas – Technical & Coaching Director

Coach Rodas spent 19 years working with the El Salvador National Team and is currently working with FIFA, overseeing youth development programs in Central America.

Coaching Staff

All of our Coaches are licensed by USYS and have gone through their corresponding background checks and met all requirements dictated by the state (VYSA)

U19 Coach – Jeffrey Martínez

Coach Martínez has been coaching youth soccer for the past 5 years, from recreational to competitive travel levels. He is also the Varsity Head Coach at Brentsville High School.

U17 Coach – José “Pepe” Cruz

Coach Cruz has over 13 years of experience coaching youth soccer, from recreational programs to competitive travel teams.

U16 Coach – Jorge Saldana

Coach Saldana has 15 years of experience coaching both youth and adult soccer at recreational and competitive travel levels. In his youth, he played for Alaiza Lima FC in Peru.

U15 Coach – Raúl Jiménez

Coach Jiménez has been coaching youth soccer for 2 years at the competitive travel level after spending a year as a coaching apprentice. In his youth career, he played for Sporting Cristal in Lima, Peru.

U14 Coach – Jesse Skelton

Coach Skelton has coached youth soccer for 10 years, from recreational to competitive travel. He joined the club when his son Jaiden (2007) played for the team and later advanced to the D.C. United Academy. His younger son, Adrian (2012), now plays for the team he coaches.

U13 Coach – Melvin Alvarado

Coach Alvarado has been coaching youth soccer for 5 years. He began as an apprentice under Coach Jorge Saldana and now leads the newly formed U13 team.

Coaching Development

Coach Eduardo Loo Silva – Apprentice Coach (2026/27 Season)

Coach Loo Silva will serve as an apprentice under Coach Jorge Saldana for the 2026–2027 season. He brings international youth soccer experience and holds degrees in Sports Psychology and Sports Management. He previously worked as a physical trainer at Club Mérida in Venezuela.
